隱私權政策

IPTV Wall Player 是一套由使用者自行加入影音來源的多畫面 IPTV 播放器。我們以最少資料為原則設計：不建立使用者帳號、不投放廣告，也不追蹤你。

IPTV Wall Player is a multi-screen IPTV player for sources chosen by the user. It is designed around data minimization: no app account, no advertising, and no tracking.

我們處理的資料

Data We Process

你加入的 M3U 播放清單內容與網址、頻道名稱、釘選、排序、移除狀態，以及遠端 M3U 同步設定，會儲存在你的裝置上。App 不要求建立帳號，也不收集姓名、電子郵件、精確位置、聯絡人、照片、付款資料或廣告識別碼。

M3U playlist content and URLs, channel names, favorites, ordering, removed-channel state, and remote M3U sync settings are stored on your device. The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, or advertising identifier.

iCloud 跨裝置同步

iCloud Cross-Device Sync

開啟 iCloud 同步時，上述播放清單與偏好設定會存入你 Apple Account 所屬的私人 CloudKit 資料庫，目的僅為讓你在 IPTV Wall Player 的 Apple TV 與 Mac 版本間同步。資料不會用於廣告、追蹤或建立使用者輪廓。

When iCloud sync is enabled, the playlist data and preferences described above are stored in the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account solely to synchronize IPTV Wall Player across Apple TV and Mac. The data is not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling.

網路與第三方來源

Network and Third-Party Sources

當你匯入或播放 M3U、使用遠端同步，或開啟 iptv-org 探索時，App 會直接連線至你指定的伺服器、影音來源或 iptv-org。這些服務可能取得一般網路連線資料，例如 IP 位址及請求時間；其處理方式受各服務自己的隱私政策約束。

When you import or play an M3U playlist, use remote sync, or open the iptv-org explorer, the app connects directly to the playlist server, media source, or iptv-org. Those services may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and request time, subject to their own privacy policies.

macOS 自動靜音

macOS Auto Mute

macOS 版可在其他 App 持續輸出音訊時暫時降低 IPTV Wall Player 的音量。判斷在裝置本機即時完成；其他 App 的名稱、音訊內容與判斷結果不會被保存或傳送。

On macOS, Auto Mute can temporarily reduce IPTV Wall Player volume while another app is producing audio. Detection happens transiently on your Mac. Other app names, audio content, and detection results are not stored or transmitted.

分析、廣告與追蹤

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

IPTV Wall Player 目前不含第三方分析 SDK、廣告 SDK 或跨 App／網站追蹤，也不出售或出租個人資料。

IPTV Wall Player currently contains no third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or cross-app or cross-site tracking, and does not sell or rent personal data.

保留、刪除與撤回同意

Retention, Deletion, and Withdrawing Consent

本機資料會保留到你在 App 中清除播放清單或移除 App。你可以隨時停用 iCloud 同步；如要刪除已同步的資料，可先在 App 中使用「全部清空」並完成同步，或從 Apple Account 的 iCloud 儲存空間設定刪除 IPTV Wall Player 資料並撤銷存取。

Local data remains until you clear playlists in the app or remove the app. You can turn off iCloud sync at any time. To delete synced data, use Clear All and allow a sync to complete, or remove IPTV Wall Player data and revoke access through your Apple Account iCloud storage settings.

本 App 並非專為兒童設計，且使用者匯入的影音內容可能不適合所有年齡。

The app is not designed specifically for children, and media imported by users may not be suitable for all ages.
